Construction Project Coordinator

The Construction Project Coordinator will support the Building Services Project Teams, working closely with Project Managers and field leadership to coordinate administrative, scheduling, and financial activities for mechanical and electrical projects. This role is responsible for file management, purchase orders, reconciliations, technician scheduling, and general project coordination to help ensure projects run efficiently from start to finish.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting multiple projects in a fast-paced construction environment.

salary: $25 - $27 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support to Building Services Project Managers.
• Maintain organized and accurate project files, documentation, and records.
• Write, track, and reconcile purchase orders and assist with invoice processing and job cost documentation.
• Assist with assigning technicians to jobs and coordinating schedules with project teams and field leadership.
• Support project scheduling, meetings, documentation tracking, and follow-up on action items.
• Coordinate communication between project teams, technicians, vendors, and internal departments.
• Assist with additional project-related administrative tasks as needed to support successful project execution.
