A premier, midsize CPA firm in the Dallas-Fort Worth area is seeking an experienced Senior Audit Manager to join our growing assurance practice. Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and oversee multiple concurrent audit engagements from planning through final issuance.
• Review complex financial statements, disclosures, and internal control systems to ensure GAAP compliance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering strategic business advice and resolving technical accounting issues.
• Mentor, train, and evaluate audit managers, seniors, and staff to foster career growth.
• Monitor engagement profitability, manage budgets, and contribute to firm practice development initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 7 or more years of progressive audit experience in public accounting.
• Certification: Active CPA license is strictly required.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting.
• Environment: Previous experience at a senior manager level within a public accounting firm.
• Skills: Exceptional leadership, project management, and communication skills with deep technical knowledge of US GAAP and GAAS.
