Job Description

We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Family Practice Physician to join our outpatient clinics, which include both brick-and-mortar and mobile clinic settings. The provider will split time between these locations and must be willing to work in mobile clinic environments. Candidates must be comfortable working with all ages, including pediatrics and adults, as the practice involves treating patients of all ages. This role requires flexibility, as daily tasks may vary based on the changing needs of our clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient medical care in diverse settings, including mobile and traditional clinics
• Manage a patient census averaging 18-21+ daily
• Work independently while collaborating with a dedicated team
• Ensure compliance with all clinical protocols and documentation standards using EPIC EMR software
• Maintain certifications, including BLS and DEA, with CA state licensure in-hand

Qualifications:

• CA State Medical License (in-hand)
• BLS certification
• DEA license
• Minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience
• Willingness to work flexible hours and attend a full week of orientation (Monday - Friday, 10:00 - 19:00)
• Preferred: Board Certification in Family Practice (BE acceptable)

Contract Length:

• 13 to 26 weeks

Shift:

• Day shift, 5 days a week, 8 hours per day
