Requirements + Job Duties

Perform unit turnovers, including painting, cleaning, and furniture replacement
Complete general maintenance (plumbing, carpentry, basic HVAC, repairs)
Provide janitorial support (restrooms, trash removal, sweeping/mopping)
Assemble furniture and assist with site setups
Coordinate with vendors and assist with installations
Support multiple locations and relocation projects as needed

What You Will Do

As a Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator you will inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, machinery, and facility systems to support safe and efficient operations. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose equipment issues, replace worn components, document completed work, and work closely with production and operations teams to minimize downtime while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator supports business operations by maintaining the equipment, machinery, and building systems required for productive daily work. This role requires technical expertise, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to perform repairs with accuracy and efficiency.

Successful Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator professionals understand preventative maintenance principles, equipment operation, and mechanical systems while adapting to changing maintenance priorities. They contribute to a safe workplace by identifying potential issues before they affect production.

This position is well suited for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy solving problems and keeping complex equipment operating at peak performance.
