Requirements + Job Duties- Perform unit turnovers, including painting, cleaning, and furniture replacement
- Complete general maintenance (plumbing, carpentry, basic HVAC, repairs)
- Provide janitorial support (restrooms, trash removal, sweeping/mopping)
- Assemble furniture and assist with site setups
- Coordinate with vendors and assist with installations
- Support multiple locations and relocation projects as needed
