Job Title: Part-Time Clinical Research Coordinator Location: Austin, TX and Georgetown, TX Hours: 18 per week (flexible Monday-Friday) Contract duration: 3 months Start date: ASAP Job Description This role offers an opportunity for an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator to support an oncology Liver Disease clinical trial at a research site in Austin, TX and Georgetown, TX. The ideal candidate has hands‑on clinical research experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to engage confidently with participants and research staff. Key Responsibilities Engage in community outreach by visiting clinics/hospitals, distributing recruitment materials, educating medical staff, and maintaining online recruitment portals. Build and maintain relationships with referral physicians to support recruitment. Conduct phone screenings and review inclusion/exclusion criteria. Qualifications Previous experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator is required. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and electronic data capture (EDC) systems. Experience in community outreach and patient recruitment for clinical trials required. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; ability to engage effectively with participants, investigators, and team members. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
