D365 Support AnalystLocation: Sugar Land, TX 77478Schedule: HybridDuration: 12 months+Pay rate: $45/hr-$52/hrKey Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.3+ years of experience in application support, business/systems analysis, or ERP/CRM administration.1+ years of hands-on experience supporting Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations and/or Customer Engagement) or a comparable ERP/CRM platform.Working knowledge of core business processes in at least one functional area (e.g., finance, procurement, project operations, or customer/field service).Experience with ticketing/ITSM tools and structured incident and change-management practices.Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills with a methodical, user-focused approach.Exceptional ability to communicate clearly with both technical teams and non-technical business users.Tier 2/3 senior functional support.Key Responsibilities:Provide functional support for D365 Finance & Operations and Customer Engagement users.Troubleshoot and resolve functional, configuration, and data-related issues.Manage incidents from initial ticket through resolution while meeting SLAs.Support user provisioning, security roles, access reviews, and routine system administration.Assist with configuration changes, workflows, financial dimensions, parameters, and number sequences.Investigate data discrepancies and support DMF imports/exports.Monitor batch jobs, integrations, system health, and environment performance.Support D365 updates, regression testing, environment refreshes, and release activities.Create knowledge-base articles, how-to guides, and user documentation.Provide training and hands-on support to end users and super users.Work with process owners to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, paid time off, paid sick and safe time, hours of paid vacation time, weeks of paid parental leave, and paid holidays annually – as applicable.
