Registered Dental Hygienist

Job Overview Dental Hygienist Pay range: $XX-XX per hour (negotiable). Up to $10,000 sign‑on or relocation bonus for full‑time, $5,000 for part‑time. Compensation and Benefits Competitive base compensation Bi-weekly uncapped production bonus opportunity Monthly bonuses based on office performance Medical, Dental, Vision coverage 401(k) with company match Flexible spending accounts Paid time off and company holidays Continuing education reimbursement (up to $250 per year after one year of employment) Reimbursement for certification training (e.g., CPR, Radiology, Nitrous Oxide) Responsibilities Deliver direct dental care and associated services to patients under general supervision of a dentist Provide quality and compassionate care to every patient Perform scaling, prophylaxis, x‑rays, sealants, fluoride application, and related procedures Offer same‑day care opportunities Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction Assess dental condition and needs, review medical history Adhere to all government regulations and company standards Guide parents and patients through entire treatment process Assist with dental and perio charting as needed Take x‑rays and save them into patient charts as required Provide memorable patient experiences by showing compassion Qualifications Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing CPR (BLS) certification from ARC or AHA, including hands‑on skill assessment (required upon hire) EEO Statement We value teamwork, mutual respect, and cooperation.
