Traveling Registered Dental Hygienist

Overview Dental Hygienist – full‑time or part‑time. Pay range $45–55 per hour (negotiable). Sign‑on bonus up to $10,000 for full‑time and $5,000 for part‑time. Bi‑weekly uncapped production bonus with monthly office performance bonuses. Benefits Medical, Dental and Vision coverage 401(k) with employer match Flexible spending accounts Paid time off, company holidays Continuing education reimbursement up to $250 per year after one year of employment Company‑provided certification training (CPR, radiology, nitrous oxide, etc.) Responsibilities Deliver direct dental care and associated services under the general supervision of a dentist Perform scaling, prophylaxis, x‑rays, sealants and fluoride applications Provide excellent customer service and offer Same‑Day Care opportunities Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene and preventive care Assess dental conditions and review medical histories Adhere to all government regulations and company standards Guide parents and patients through the entire treatment process Assist with dental and perio charting and x‑ray archiving Create memorable patient experiences through compassion and professionalism Qualifications Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing CPR (BLS) certification from the ARC or AHA, with hands‑on skill assessment required upon hire Proficiency in dental X‑rays, scaling, prophylaxis, sealants and fluoride applications Strong interpersonal skills and a team‑oriented attitude Commitment to providing compassionate, patient‑centered care We do not practice unlawful discrimination, including harassment or tolerate it in our workplace.
