Position: Recruiting Coordinator Location: 1000 Ternes Drive With more than 4 million shed and playsets sold since 1975, Backyard Products makes America’s backyard a destination they love, and we truly love what we do! We are looking for a dynamic Recruiting Coordinator to join our team at our Manufacturing Facility located in Monroe, MI . This is a full-time opportunity position to help us hire qualified independent contractors to build our shed, playsets, and structures all over the country. Key Responsibilities: Answer high volume of interested candidate inbound phone calls and texts. Reviewing and evaluating applications. Scheduling candidates for in person interviews. Ensure relevant data is entered into multiple recruiting systems in a prompt and accurate manner. High degree of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality. Skills needed, such as data entry, emailing, and scheduling. Great attention to detail. Other duties as assigned. Required Education and Experience: High School Diploma 2 years of Recruiting and/or Customer Service experience, handling incoming calls and emails from candidates as well as making outbound calls to candidates. Preferred Experience: Experience answering high volume incoming phone calls. Clear communication skills with a positive attitude and energy. Microsoft office.
