Position Summary: The Catering Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our catering services—from building client relationships and managing logistics to ensuring top-notch food quality and customer satisfaction. This role combines operational excellence, customer service, and business development. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage all catering sales, from initial inquiry to event execution Cultivate relationships with local businesses, schools, churches, and community organizations Coordinate delivery schedules, staffing, and setup to ensure seamless catering execution Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure timely preparation and delivery of high-quality food Ensure all catering orders meet Chick-fil-A’s standards of service, cleanliness, and hospitality Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet growth and revenue goals Represent Chick-fil-A in the community with professionalism and care Manage catering inventory, supplies, and costs within budget Qualifications: Proven experience in catering, hospitality, or food service management (2+ years preferred) Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Sales-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods Availability to work flexible hours, including some early mornings, evenings, and weekends Benefits: Competitive pay (based on experience) Flexible schedule Sundays off Leadership development and advancement opportunities Free meals while working Positive and supportive team environment Apply Today!
