Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective and existing customers through phone, email, and digital channels

• Manage sales inquiries and provide accurate product information

• Track customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software

• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate customer requests

• Prepare sales quotes, proposals, and follow-up communications

• Monitor sales opportunities and maintain an organized sales pipeline

• Work toward individual and team sales performance goals

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities

• Ability to manage multiple customer interactions and priorities
