Project Manager- Electrical Construction

Pay Range $110-$115k per year Key Responsibilities Participate in project hand‑off with pre‑construction team Prepare and track project deliverables, including submittals, shop drawings, procurement schedules, and project close‑out documents Develop and maintain project schedules Establish and manage project budgets to ensure consistent, successful financial outcomes Effectively manage construction activities including coordination, layout, manpower allocation, and conflict resolution Perform detailed itemized take‑offs Create, manage, and negotiate project scope change proposals Manage and track RFIs Ensure compliance and adherence to all company policies, including safety and productivity guidelines Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, employees, and internal teams to ensure all project goals are met Location & Travel Based in Alpharetta, Georgia office, Monday–Friday when not on‑site Up to 50% travel to project sites throughout the US Requirements 2+ years managing projects in the electrical construction industry Extensive experience with materials and equipment used in commercial electrical projects Previous field experience in the electrical construction trade Ability to travel to project sites at various locations nationwide Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; proficiency in MS Office Proficiency in Bluebeam, Procore, or similar construction management software Strong track record collaborating with customers, vendors, and partners to resolve project issues Valid driver’s license; must pass criminal background check Preferred Previous Journeyman or Masters License Experience managing remodels or retrofits for big‑box retail clients Compensation & Benefits Base salary + bonus: $110,000–$150,000 total annual compensation Full Medical, Dental, 401(k), vehicle allowance Paid Time Off (PTO) Position Number 28312 Equal Employment Opportunity Quality Labor Management (QLM) provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, transgender status or sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, amnesty, or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.
