How you'll make an impact in this role

• Support patients with personal care and daily activities to promote dignity, comfort, and physical well-being throughout their recovery.
• Facilitate safe and welcoming patient arrivals and departures, ensuring a seamless experience from the moment they enter our care.
• Monitor and report vital changes in a patient's physical or emotional state, serving as a critical set of eyes for the nursing team to ensure timely intervention.
• Document care observations accurately to maintain a clear and reliable record of the patient's progress and health status.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully equipped clinical environment to provide a safe and professional space for healing.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Nurse Aide credentialed from the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Certified Nursing Assistant credentialed from the state of Wisconsin, and in Nurse Aide Registry with eligibility to work in a hospital setting obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Additional certs may be required by specific job locations.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
