Union & Non-union Billing Specialist

Job Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Union & Non-union Billing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll support customers and employees, manage union billing responsibilities, and help maintain accurate and compliant records.

What You’ll Do

Preform multi-state billing for both union and non-union jobs
Provide friendly, timely customer and employee support
Onboard and verify employee payroll information
Process union billing, reconcile records, and resolve discrepancies
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with union and government requirements
Partner with payroll, HR, and finance teams to ensure data accuracy
Assist with process improvements that enhance efficiency and teamwork
Administrative support for team members

What We’re Looking For

Experience in customer service, billing, payroll, HR or similar roles
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills
Team-oriented mindset and a willingness to collaborate
Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks
Experience with union billing is a plus
Enjoys working with technology
