We offer afterschool programs, evening classes, camps, birthday parties, and special events designed to present kids with challenging yet accessible engineering activities from which they can learn and grow. Responsibilities Collect materials from and return materials to the designed storage areas Support the Lead Teacher in preparing supplies at the beginning of a program Encourage student involvement by ensuring students begin warm-up activities and assisting students on an individual basis Practice excellence in teaching when offering Engineering For Kids programs Ensure classes operate smoothly by conducting tasks such as observing and recording data during student tests, managing supplies during class, and assisting in demonstrations Provide appropriate instruction that considers the unique abilities of every student Constantly strive to improve instruction through reflection and evaluation Demonstrate initiative by seeking additional Engineering For Kids training and further education Primary Duties Support Engineering For Kids classes in a professional manner Be courteous and approachable to students, parents, and staff Follow policies of the franchise location which may include, but are not limited to, safety procedures and dress code #J-18808-Ljbffr Engineering for Kids of Buffalo
