Honor Community Health, serving Oakland County, invites applications for a Full-Time Health Educator. The role focuses on health education, prevention, promotion and harm reduction for patients, particularly school-based health center students. The Health Educator will partner with students, principals, teachers and parents to design and implement education programs, while traveling between multiple sites and maintaining data-driven grant reporting. #J-18808-Ljbffr Honor Community Health
