Project Manager, Service & Repair

Project Manager leading service and repair initiatives for cardiovascular medical devices within Johnson & Johnson's Heart Recovery division. The role spans cross-functional project leadership, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence to ensure safe, timely delivery of sustaining activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects focused on service operations scaling, CAPAs, and process improvements
• Oversee CAPA processes including root cause analysis, corrective actions, and verification activities
• Manage component replacement, redesign, and system upgrade initiatives for regulatory compliance
• Develop detailed project plans with milestones, timelines, risk assessments, and resource allocation
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and regulatory records for audits and submissions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
• 3-7 years project management experience in service, repair, or field operations
• Demonstrated expertise managing CAPAs, lifecycle projects, and regulatory compliance
• Strong knowledge of design controls, risk management, FDA and ISO standards
• Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office, budgeting and forecasting
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership and stakeholder communication skills
• Willingness to travel up to 10% as project requirements dictate
