Recertification Specialist

Assist with waitlist management and applicant processing. Coordinate apartment inspections for recertifications. Work with office staff on other administrative tasks as needed, i.e., collection of rent, answering phones, processing maintenance requests, assisting with social activities, etc. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in an administrative position. You’re an effective communicator with excellent written and verbal skills. You’re highly organized and can maintain complete and current resident files in accordance with company and regulatory agency policy. You have strong computer technology skills. As a plus, you have a working knowledge of affordable housing regulations. What We Offer Competitive compensation and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
