We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Manager to support daily office operations within a busy and growing organization. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys managing multiple responsibilities, supporting employees, and helping maintain efficient office processes.
Responsibilities:

Manage invoicing, billing, payroll, receipts, and deposits
Coordinate employee benefits administration and assist with staff questions and support
Oversee daily office operations while supporting shared administrative and phone responsibilities

Qualifications:

Previous office management, payroll, billing, or administrative experience required
Benefits administration and employee support experience preferred
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and team-oriented mindset
