Responsibilities:

• Manage invoicing, billing, payroll, receipts, and deposits
• Coordinate employee benefits administration and assist with staff questions and support
• Oversee daily office operations while supporting shared administrative and phone responsibilities

• Previous office management, payroll, billing, or administrative experience required
• Benefits administration and employee support experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and team-oriented mindset
