Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Digital Asset Management (DAM) and specific experience working within major studios (Warner Bros., Sony, Paramount). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the software side of DAM systems and will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Look for only product base experience profiles
• Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
• Engage with stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements. Conduct thorough analysis of business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Identify gaps in current systems and recommend enhancements or new solutions.
• Digital Asset Management (DAM):
• Lead and support DAM projects, ensuring effective asset organization, storage, retrieval, and distribution.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to design, implement, and optimize DAM solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for DAM.
• Studio Collaboration:
• Work closely with studio clients (Warner Bros., Sony, Paramount) to understand their specific DAM needs and workflows.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with studio stakeholders to define project scopes and objectives.
• Customize and tailor DAM solutions to meet the unique requirements of each studio.
• Software Implementation & Integration:
• Oversee the implementation of DAM software solutions.
• Coordinate with software vendors and internal IT teams for successful system integrations.
• Ensure seamless integration of DAM systems with existing studio infrastructure and workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
