About the Opportunity

\n

Raymond James is seeking a detail-oriented Cash Management Associate II to support the ACH/Cash Control team. This role focuses on ACH (Direct Deposit) processing, data entry, customer support, and cash management operations. If you have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and experience in banking, financial services, or high-volume data entry environments, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Process ACH (Direct Deposit) forms and electronic fund transfer requests.
\n
• Accurately enter and maintain confidential client banking information.
\n
• Research, identify, and resolve processing errors.
\n
• Manage incoming calls from branches and internal stakeholders.
\n
• Respond to emails and inquiries while maintaining excellent customer service.
\n
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
\n
• Support team inbox management and various operational tasks as assigned.
\n

Required Qualifications

\n

✅ Minimum 2 years of recent office experience, preferably in a data-entry-focused role.

\n

✅ Minimum 2 years of phone/customer service experience.

\n

✅ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

\n

✅ Professional verbal and written communication skills.

\n

✅ Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

\n

✅ Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

\n

✅ Banking, financial services, ACH, payment processing, or cash management experience is highly preferred.

\n

Assessment Requirement

\n

All applicants must complete a data entry assessment and achieve:

\n

\n
• Minimum 85% accuracy
\n
• Minimum 6,000 keystrokes per hour
\n

\n

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday

\n

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET (1-hour unpaid lunch)

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
