Director of Admissions and Marketing The Director of Admissions and Marketing is a senior leadership position responsible for all aspects of marketing and enrollment management. This is a high-profile role requiring a passionate commitment to effective communication, impeccable customer service skills, relentless attention to detail, genuine affinity for constituent relations, the unwavering ability to maintain confidentiality, and the ability to do all the above in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking is the norm. The Director of Admissions and Marketing reports directly to the Head of School. Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

• Serve as an articulate spokesperson for the school, able to clearly communicate the mission of HCHS.
• Serve as the primary contact for prospective families; manage all enrollment inquiries; guide families through all steps of the enrollment process.
• Develop, manage, and execute all recruitment efforts including creation of materials, marketing initiatives, social media, and advertising.
• Manage the production and distribution of enrollment materials.
• Maintain a visible and engaged presence at school activities and events.
• Coordinate registration and re-enrollment efforts with the Main Office Manager.
• Promote positive relationships with outside groups including elementary and middle schools.
• Be a visible and active member of the business, civic, church, and non-profit communities through representing HCHS in community events, chambers of commerce, and other related activities.
• Maintain a strong relationship with officials of the Catholic Diocese of Wilmington.
• Coordinate international student programs.
• Supervise the part-time Hispanic Outreach Coordinator.
• Provide accurate reporting to the Head of School an Trustee Admissions Committee.

Essential Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with strict deadlines.
• Superb customer service skills.
• Proficiency with technology and programs especially word processing and databases.
• Ability to independently exercise judgement on important matters.
• A keen understanding of social media.

Qualifications:

• Three or more years of experience in enrollment, marketing, or communications, preferably in an educational environment.
• Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, business, or related field preferred.

This is a full-time, 12-month, exempt position. Work will include weekend and evening hours.
