What You'll Do:

As a Billing Coordinator , you'll be the key player in keeping the financial side of our operations running smoothly. Your role will involve:

• Claim Processing : Review and submit medical, dental, and no-fault claims, ensuring everything is accurate and complete.
• Problem-Solving : Be the go-to person for resolving billing inquiries, patient account questions, and insurance issues with ease.
• Account Maintenance : Handle payment posting, collections, and review denied claims to keep everything on track.
• Collaboration : Work alongside a team of dedicated professionals, sharing knowledge and supporting one another to deliver the best results for our patients.

What We're Looking For:

• A Certified Billing Professional : You'll have certification from an accredited institution in medical/dental billing coding.
• Experience Matters : You've got at least 2 years of hands-on experience in medical billing.
• Tech-Savvy : You're proficient with computers and billing software.
• Detail-Oriented : You have a sharp eye for accuracy, especially when it comes to codes like ICD-10, CDT, HCPCS, and CPT-4.
• Patient-Centered : You're committed to making sure patients feel heard and supported, even when it comes to complex billing questions.
• Team Player : You thrive in a collaborative environment and are always ready to pitch in where needed.
