Start Time primarily 8am, but variable to 7am due to business needs.Call Schedule: On call is on as needed basis for back up and emergency as supervisor of department.Must be with 30 minutes of facility for any required call.The Supervisor, Catheterization and Vascular Lab- Registered Nurse is responsible and accountable for the daily operations of one or more clinical areas. Supervises procedural area RN's and staff including coordinating quality and customer service activities; assisting in the development and monitoring of the departmental budget; coordinating the purchasing and payroll processes; serving as a technical/clinical resource to team members; and performing work assignments as needed to provide appropriate coverage and to mentor/assist staff. Serve as chief retention officer for areas of responsibility.Department Overview:The Cath Lab at Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center is a 50-person team of monitor techs, cardiovascular invasive techs, registered nurses and patient care staff for additional support. The team sees a mix of inpatient and outpatient and an average of 10 procedures per day. The base pay range for full-time employment is $100,776.00 - $156,416.00 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
