Women In Need, Inc. (Win) in New York, NY seeks a Clinical Specialist to lead advancement of evidence-based practice. The role partners with the Win Academy team to implement evidence-based approaches across housing programs, providing onsite clinical consultation and staff coaching. Reporting to the Director of Evidence Based Practices, the monitor will lead agency-wide training, ensure materials stay current, and support staff in daily service delivery.
