A rewarding career that helps local businesses in the community Strong community support and involvement through HUB Gives Summary The Account Manager will have an assigned book and provide support to clients and the Account Executives as needed, in obtaining, maintaining, and servicing commercial lines accounts. This position requires to meet the overall needs of the clients. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Prepare renewal submissions, submit to markets, compare quotes to then present the best options to our clients. Prepares client renewals including proposals and presentations. Processes endorsements across several different lines of insurance by adding/deleting vehicles and drivers, mailing addresses, contact information, premise addresses, etc. Generates proof of insurance for insureds, mortgages, and lessors Retrieves policy documentation from various insurance portals Handle cancellations Answers insurer’s inquiries and addresses concerns Process final audits Monitor pre-renewal process including loss run requests Drafts and sends close out letters Provides client support with all levels of client’s decision-makers as well as the day-to-day technical client representatives. Oversees all aspects of servicing the account and client satisfaction Requirements Must have a valid Florida 2-20 license Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance client support Excellent customer service and good work ethic Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Strong technical knowledge of coverage in all commercial lines insurance Knowledge of EPIC system a plus Knowledge of commercial lines insurance and products Ability to work independently but also assists members of the team Maintains a professional attitude under pressure Strong sense of accountability Strong Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel knowledge Department Account Management & Service Required Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience Required Travel: Negligible Required Education: Some college (no degree) HUB International Limited is an equal opportunity employer that does not discriminate on the basis of race/ethnicity, national origin, religion, age, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or veteran's status, or any other characteristic protected by local, state or federal laws, rules or regulations.
