Business System AnalystBusiness Analysis & Requirements ManagementElicit, analyze, validate, and document business requirements from stakeholders.Create and maintain comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS).Translate business requirements into detailed technical requirements for development teams.Conduct requirement walkthroughs and obtain stakeholder approval.Perform gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvements.Documentation & Solution DesignDevelop and maintain:Business Requirement Documents (BRD)Technical Requirement Documents (TRD)Use CasesUser StoriesProcess FlowsFunctional SpecificationsData Mapping DocumentsCreate workflow diagrams and business process models.Support solution design discussions and ensure requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.Data Analysis & Data Mapping:Perform source-to-target data mapping and data validation.Analyze business data requirements and document transformation rules.Write and execute Oracle SQL queries for data analysis and validation.Partner with development and QA teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.Support data migration, integration, and reporting initiatives.Agile Delivery & JIRA ManagementWork within Agile/Scrum teams to refine requirements and manage delivery.Create and manage Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria in JIRA.Participate in Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering teams to prioritize requirements.Track project progress and support issue resolution.Stakeholder Communication & ManagementServe as the primary liaison between business users, project teams, and technology groups.Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and stakeholder meetings.Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies.Build strong relationships across business and technical teams.Ensure alignment between business objectives and delivered solutions.Testing & Validation Support:Support development teams in clarifying requirements during implementation.Review test scenarios, test cases, and business validation criteria.Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Validate delivered functionality against documented requirements.Coordinate defect triage and resolution activities.Integration & Technical Support:Collaborate with development teams on system integration requirements.Understand and document data flow between applications.Support analysis of API, Kafka-based messaging, and integration solutions.Assist in troubleshooting production issues and root cause analysis.
