Battery Outfitters isn't your average retail job. We're a family-owned company with over 45 years of service, and we're looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our Cottleville team. Every day you'll help people get back on the road, back to work, and back to life and that feels pretty great. If you love working with people, leading by example, and being part of a team that actually has fun doing good work, this is your kind of place. What You'll DoThis is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are exactly the same. You'll deliver outstanding customer service, support daily store operations, help train and motivate your teammates, and keep things running smoothly. You'll lead by example with your attitude, your energy, and your work ethic. What We're Looking For
We're not looking for a perfect resume. We're looking for the right person someone who is friendly, dependable, and genuinely motivated to grow. You take pride in doing things the right way, you communicate well with customers and coworkers, and you're always looking to get better.
