Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide compassionate and efficient care in a 10-bed Emergency Room within a Level 4 trauma center. The ideal candidate will manage a diverse patient population and ensure high-quality clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions thoroughly upon arrival and prioritize care based on acuity.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders.
• Monitor and document patient responses and vital signs continuously.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families on treatment procedures, discharge instructions, and health management.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with current state certification.
• Minimum of one year of ER experience preferred.
• Proficient in trauma assessment and emergency procedures.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
