The Associate advises customers by providing accurate information on products, services, and best-value options and demonstrates confidence with industry best practices. The ideal candidate has previous retail sales experience, strong computer and internet skills, a high school diploma or GED, a friendly and helpful demeanor, and a professional appearance. The role requires fast learning to cover all aspects of the business in a short time frame. The company offers benefits including 401k matching, company-paid pension and profit sharing. The job pays weekly and the last shift ends at 7pm.
