Principal Accountabilities Key Responsibilities Provides clinical nutrition assessment and documentation for clients, including comprehensive evaluations of dietary intake, medical history, and lifestyle factors Meet with clients in 1:1 appointments to deliver personalized nutrition counseling and behavior‑change support Assists in planning, developing, organizing, and implementing individual and group‑based nutrition programs i.e., nutrition and weight loss planning Plan and teach group nutrition education classes, workshops, or wellness programs as assigned Educate clients on healthy eating habits, portion control, metabolic health, and long‑term lifestyle changes Monitor client progress, evaluate outcomes, and modify care plans as clinically appropriate Documents appropriately after each visit, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant clinical records. Maintain quality assurance by evaluating compliance with corporate policies and procedures and State and Federal guidelines Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support coordinated, high‑quality care Utilize proper documentation and coding to support insurance billing and reimbursement processes Performs other related duties as assigned #J-18808-Ljbffr Atlantic Health System
