Dietitian - Morristown Medical Center - Full Time Morristown, NJ, United States Overview Atlantic Health System is seeking a Dietitian for a full-time role at Morristown Medical Center. This position supports nutrition services within an acute care setting, contributing to patient care and education capabilities across the organization. Responsibilities Assess the nutrition status of patients using biochemical, anthropometric, physical and dietary data. Provide nutrition counseling and education to patients and/or family members. Maintain quality assurance and evaluate compliance with corporate policies, procedures and state and federal guidelines. Develop and participate in educational sessions for staff to increase nutritional knowledge and improve patient care. Maintain accurate records to meet regulatory guidelines and assist in statistical analysis for performance improvement initiatives. Participate in department PI projects and clinical nutrition programs. Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND). Preferred: Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. 2-3 years of experience in acute care clinical nutrition or a relevant area.
