Position Summary As a Member Frontline Services associate, you will provide outstanding member service at Sam's Club, ensuring a safe, organized, and efficient shopping environment. Your key responsibilities include maintaining the checkout area, handling transactions, resolving member issues, promoting products, and supporting technology, all while upholding health and safety standards. What You'll Do Provide member service, maintain the checkout area, and resolve member issues and concerns. Promote Sam's Club products and services and provide guidance on self‑service technology. Process member purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per company policies. Maintain entrance and exit areas, verify membership cards, and identify member needs. Assist members with locating merchandise, making purchasing decisions, and transporting items. Ensure compliance with company safety and security standards, conduct safety sweeps, and report unsafe situations. Handle merchandise according to proper procedures, identify shrink and damages, and maintain accurate paperwork and logs. Assist with emergency response procedures and safeguard club assets. Contribute to training and development of new associates, teach new technology, and support continuous learning. Collaborate with managers, co‑workers, and other business partners to prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and recommend improvement opportunities.
