Accounting Specialist (Bilingual Korean required)\n\nTimpl has been retained by one of the largest, global tier-1 automotive\nmanufacturers in Knoxville, TN to recruit a bilingual Korean Accounting\nSpecialist. This is an excellent opportunity to join a large organization, grow\nyour skills, and be mentored by accounting professionals.\n\n \n\nMain Responsibilities:\n\n * Receives and verifies expense reports; reconciles expense and other financial\n reports with account balances and other office records.\n * Facilitates payment of venders, which may include verification of federal ID\n numbers, reviewing purchase orders, and resolving discrepancies.\n * Maintains the general ledger\n * Calculates and reports sales tax based on paid invoices\n * Reconciles bank accounts and customer accounts\n * Verifies payment of invoices associated with accounts payable and ensures\n payments are charged to the appropriate accounts.\n * Provides outside auditors with assistance; gathers necessary account\n information and documents to perform annual audit\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business required\n * Bilingual in Korean and English\n * 0~4 years of accounting experience preferred\n * SAP experience preferred
