Job Duties:
Handling high volume inbound calls and directing them to the appropriate departments
Making outbound calls to clients to verify worker arrivals and satisfaction
Building/maintaining relationships with clients
Other general customer service/admin related tasks
Who you are:
Has a positive/outgoing personality
Ability to work well in fast paced environment
Ability to multi task
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Highschool Diploma or GED
