Event Assistant

Are you ready to be part of a fun and dynamic team that delivers cutting-edge team building programs for corporate clients? We are looking for dedicated assistants to join our events team and help create memorable experiences for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Keep participants motivated and engaged throughout the event. Guide participants through various activities and challenges as needed, ensuring a positive experience. Assist with event set-up and breakdown, for a seamless execution. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the event area throughout the duration of the event. Qualifications: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and engage participants. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude. Availability to work flexible hours, as event schedules dictate. Here are the basic details about the event: Date of the Program: Tuesday, September 15 Program: City Build Location: DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Cedar Rapids Convention Complex Address: 350 1st Ave NE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52401 Timing: Setup: 11:30AM – 1:00PM Event: 1:00PM - 4:00PM Breakdown: 4:00PM - 5:00PM The pay is $150 for the day, including setup, the event itself, and cleanup.
