Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Immunology Sales Specialist for the Dermatology segment in Indianapolis. The role involves selling immunology products to healthcare providers, managing customer relationships, and executing regional sales strategies to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets by presenting clinical and business information on immunology products to dermatologists and healthcare institutions
• Execute regional franchise and brand strategy with specialty practices, hospitals, and pharmacies in the assigned geography
• Influence clinical and purchasing decisions by developing relationships with key stakeholders and applying clinical expertise
• Deploy local marketing initiatives and coordinate with internal teams to support business objectives
• Cultivate long-term customer loyalty and identify opportunities within healthcare provider systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree minimum
• Four or more years of direct pharmaceutical, biotech, device, or healthcare sales experience
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel and relocate as needed
• Experience selling injectable or infused pharmaceutical products preferred
• Knowledge of immunology and/or dermatology field preferred
• Ability to manage complex reimbursement issues preferred
