As the Head of Engineering , you will be responsible for leading our engineering team, shaping our AI-driven product architecture, and ensuring our software solutions are scalable, secure, and high-performing. You will work closely with product, data science, and executive leadership to drive innovation and build industry-leading technology. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering team. Define and execute the technical vision and roadmap for AI-powered software solutions. Drive best practices in engineering, AI model deployment, and DevOps. AI & Product Development Architect and develop scalable AI-driven applications, with a focus on legal and medical use cases. Oversee the integration of Azure AI services and ensure the effective use of cloud technologies. Work with large volumes of unstructured data , including NLP, document processing, and AI/ML applications. Technical Expertise & Hands-on Development Provide hands-on technical leadership in Python, SQL, and AI-focused development . Optimize data pipelines, model training, and inference processes for high performance. Ensure best practices in data security and compliance with industry regulations. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment Partner with product and data science teams to align AI models with customer needs. Work closely with leadership to align technology strategy with business goals. Stay ahead of AI advancements and ensure continuous improvement in product capabilities. Qualifications & Experience 8+ years of engineering experience , with at least 3+ years in a leadership role . Proven experience leading engineering teams and driving product architecture for AI-powered solutions. Strong expertise in Python, SQL, and working with large datasets (structured & unstructured). Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud, Azure AI, and AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI, LangChain). Deep understanding of natural language processing (NLP), machine learning, and AI model deployment . Experience in data engineering, ETL pipelines, and large-scale data processing . Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex AI and software challenges. Industry experience in legal tech, healthcare tech, or AI-driven document processing is a plus.
