About our Agency:
I opened my agency in 2003 and currently work alongside two team members. State Farm has truly been a family business for us, and that long-standing connection to the company has shaped how I run my agency today—with a strong emphasis on relationships, trust, and doing right by both customers and the team.
I’m a graduate of Bradley University and outside the office you’ll usually find me hunting, fishing, or golfing. That same balance carries into our workplace—we work hard, but we also enjoy ourselves and don’t take things too seriously all the time.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Darrell Rains - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. 
• Answer customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
