Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

State Farm has truly been a family business for us, and that long-standing connection to the company has shaped how I run my agency today-with a strong emphasis on relationships, trust, and doing right by both customers and the team. I’m a graduate of Bradley University and outside the office you’ll usually find me hunting, fishing, or golfing. That same balance carries into our workplace-we work hard, but we also enjoy ourselves and don’t take things too seriously all the time. For our team, we offer a 401k, paid licensing, strong work-life balance, and Friday lunches on me. Our office culture is friendly, upbeat, and full of personality. We like to joke around, support one another, and stay focused on getting the job done well. I’m looking for someone enthusiastic and eager to learn-ideally a quick learner who’s coachable, adaptable, and not afraid to try new things. ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative with Darrell Rains - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Answer customer inquiries and requests. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
