Ecommerce Manager

Description Passionate about eCommerce and driving results? Join Goodwill Industries of New Mexico as our E-Commerce Manager and lead the day-to-day operations of our online sales platforms. You'll oversee a team, optimize processes, and collaborate across departments to grow revenue and enhance the customer experience. This is an exempt position, and pay is determined based on experience. Essential Duties: Execute eCommerce strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer experience, and increase market share. Lead, manage, and train eCommerce associates, including Assistant Managers and/or Retail Leads, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities. Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to inform business decisions, identify growth opportunities, and optimize eCommerce operations. Collaborate with other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of eCommerce initiatives. Monitor industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve eCommerce performance and maintain a competitive advantage. Ensure compliance with Goodwill Industries of New Mexico policies, procedures, standards, and all applicable laws and regulations. Adhere to Goodwill attendance and punctuality requirements. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers. Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality of sensitive and privileged information. Implement CARF standards within assigned programs and uphold professional ethics as outlined in the Code of Conduct and Business Ethics Policy. Perform other related duties as assigned. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly supervises eCommerce employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities includes interviewing, hiring and training employees; providing feedback and coaching; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Minimum Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required for the position. Individuals must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test. Individuals must have a valid New Mexico driver’s license, liability insurance, insurability under the agency insurance carrier, dependable vehicle and a clean driving record. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience (minimum 5-7 years) in eCommerce management or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce management, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
