Duration: 13 weeks
36 hours per week
Shift: 12 hours, nights
Employment Type: Local Contract

7:00 PM–7:30 AM
36 guaranteed hours/week
Every third weekend and every other holiday
10-bed Emergency Department
4:1 patient ratio
Paragon EMR
Blue scrubs
No on-call

Key Duties:

Coordinate and provide comprehensive nursing care to ED patients
Assess patient needs and support individualized care planning
Monitor patients and respond appropriately to changing conditions
Provide patient and family education
Collaborate with physicians, ancillary staff, and the healthcare team
Maintain professional nursing standards and protect patient rights and privacy

Requirements:

2+ years of ED experience
Active Michigan RN license
BLS (AHA), ACLS, PALS, and TNCC required
ENPC accepted in place of PALS
Strong emergency nursing and patient-care skills
