Area Customer Service Coordinator

Job Title: Area Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Waukesha, WI (Onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
M-F (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Overview

• Provides site support services including mail delivery, print production, document assembly, phone support, toner replacement, and placing service calls for equipment.
• Requires strong customer service skills, ability to adapt to change, learn quickly, work under pressure, and maintain a high level of service.
• Requires driving a personal vehicle between assigned locations and accounts as needed. MVR is required. Mileage will be reimbursed.
• May be required to work at different locations during the same day and cover accounts within a 40-50 mile area.
• Interview will be conducted through Teams with camera.

Responsibilities

• Deliver incoming and outgoing mail between buildings and assigned locations.
• Perform print jobs, document production, assembly, copying, and related site services.
• Answer phones and respond to customer requests and questions.
• Replace toner in machines and place service calls when equipment requires service.
• Understand written and verbal customer instructions and effectively communicate requirements to site resources.
• Resolve customer-related issues and coordinate troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Support job scheduling using knowledge of account services.
• Perform repetitive tasks according to established procedures, sequence, and pace while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
• Maintain positive and productive working relationships with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment.
• Adapt to changing situations with flexibility, motivation, and a sense of urgency.
• Use sound judgment to make justifiable decisions and take appropriate action to solve problems.
• Maintain and accurately submit monthly expenses on time using proper coding requirements.
• May be required to report to an alternate site on any given day, which may involve walking, driving, or other transportation and may result in a longer commute than the scheduled shift.
• May be required to move between locations during the workday based on business needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma plus 12 months of related work experience .
• Post-high-school education is encouraged and preferred.
• Valid, violation-free driver's license, reliable transportation, and minimum auto insurance coverage as required by policy.
• Personal vehicle required for applicable assignments; MVR is required and mileage will be reimbursed.
• Ability to travel locally by car and cover accounts within approximately 40-50 miles.
• Ability to use Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint .
• Intermediate skill level with common software applications, including file/folder management and navigating network production folders.
• Proficiency using computers and Microsoft applications.
• Strong oral communication skills and ability to clearly communicate information in positive and negative situations.
• Ability to comprehend and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and coordinate solutions.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and work effectively under pressure.
• Ability to perform repetitive work while maintaining quality and output standards.

• Ability to lift or move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to push or pull machines on wheels weighing up to 400 lbs. for repair purposes.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, stretch, climb, and perform similar physical activities for extended periods.
• Walking between buildings may be required.
• Moderate dexterity, including use of calculators, keyboards, hand tools, and eye/hand coordination.
• Close-vision ability required.
• Frequent local car travel required.
• Schedule flexibility required. Most assignments are 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, Monday through Friday , but some locations may open as early as 6:00 AM , close at 7:00 PM or later , operate on weekends, or have varying schedules.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

• Typically an office or warehouse environment with adequate lighting and ventilation and a normal range of temperature and noise.
• Work assignments are diversified and require the ability to interpret, comprehend, and apply complex materials, data, and instructions and to prepare, provide, and communicate varied information.
• Working conditions may regularly expose employees to situations that could result in minor cuts.
• Physical activity may include prolonged standing, walking, bending, reaching, stretching, climbing, lifting, and moving materials up to 50 lbs.
• May require pushing or pulling machines on wheels weighing up to 400 lbs. to move equipment for repairs.
• Walking between buildings may be necessary.
• Frequent local travel and transportation between assigned locations may be required.
• Schedule, location, and commute may vary based on business requirements.

Additional Information

• Free parking is available at assigned locations. If parking fees are required, reimbursement may be available.
• Employees must be able to travel between locations as required by business needs.
• Some assignments may require working at an alternate site on short notice.
• If hired directly, the employee would continue performing the same type of work.
