Job Summary The Operations Coordinator reports to the Deputy CIO of the TIERS/MES Product Office. The role focuses on coordinating strategic operations of the IT Social Services Applications (IT‑SSA/TIERS) and Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES) teams, working directly with directors to ensure alignment. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining an operational plan, applying process improvement methodologies, communicating between teams and leadership, performing data analysis, managing audits, and supporting executive reporting. Essential Job Functions Coordinate operational activities to meet business needs; develop and maintain operational plans and processes; analyze existing systems to identify gaps and recommend improvements; support team leads with communication and training; monitor compliance. Perform routine data analysis using analytics tools and visualization; develop reports and dashboards; consolidate findings into executive‑level presentations; monitor and analyze productivity metrics. Coordinate and lead staff meetings and collaborative innovation initiatives; represent department at IT meetings; prepare presentations; coordinate meetings with outside vendors; represent Deputy CIO as needed. Interface with audit team to track audit status; prepare status reports; support external communications of achievements. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration (or equivalent experience). 4–6 years of experience managing operations for a large team, preferably in IT. Demonstrated experience with data analysis, visualization, analytics, and executive‑level reporting. Preferred: Prior public sector experience.
