User Support Specialist

Position: IT User Support Specialist - responsible for delivering help desk support, onboarding/offboarding assistance, and technical support across our 45+ locations and remote workforce. Location King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, United States. Hybrid schedule or on-site at a Benesch office. Responsibilities Provide user support by addressing employee questions, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, user login and MFA issues, and escalating complex infrastructure issues as needed. Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance via phone or the ITSM system (Help Desk). Travel to offices to assist with hardware deployment and infrastructure upgrades (10% - 20% of time). Support home office infrastructure maintenance needs. Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and our monitoring platform and determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided. Partner with the Software Support team to track licenses and alert them of potential needs for firm-wide updates, hot fixes, and patches. Partner with the Infrastructure group to escalate unresolved issues or assist with initiatives and projects. Assist with onboarding and training of new staff in IT systems. Assist with documentation of technical solutions. Qualifications B.S. degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline from an accredited university/college. Minimum of two years’ experience with hardware and software support. Minimum of two years of Office 365/Teams experience. Familiarity with Windows operating systems and tier-1 help desk support. Ability to prioritize and multi-task, problem-solving skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Basic networking and connectivity troubleshooting knowledge. Experience with Tanium and PDQ is a plus. Compensation Pay Range: $30 - $40 USD per hour. Final compensation is based on education, qualifications, experience, and location.
