Leasing Consultant

SimplyHome by Camillo is actively seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant. They must be able to interact with incoming prospect leads and facilitate conversion to resident applicants. Duties/Responsibilities: Receive incoming leads Perform outbound follow-up on leads Discover needs of future resident leads Provide follow up with leads to convert from prospect to applicant Identify properties that meet prospects needs Provide instructions for property access/showings Review application/screening requirements with prospects Review online application process steps with prospects Follow-up with prospects regarding property showings/applications Available for work during normal business hours, after-hours, weekends and select holidays. Required Skills/Abilities: Friendly and welcoming demeanor with the ability to maintain professionalism and a strong customer-focused demeanor with demanding clientele. Excellent time management skills, detail-orientation and ability to multi-task and prioritize work. Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving skills, along with advanced conflict resolution skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills and proficient in English. Must be able to articulate needs and convey information verbally and in writing effectively with employees, customers, supervisors, and co‑workers throughout the organization. Knowledge of management methods and sound employee relations techniques with an ability to connect to staff, troubleshoot problems and help teams collaborate, as necessary. Bilingual capabilities (preferred but not required).
