Senior Electronics Technician

Job TitleTechnical Support for Applied Technology Automated Test SystemJob DescriptionProvide critical technical support to ensure peak performance of the Applied Technology Automated Test system. Collaborate cross-functionally with Equipment Manager, Manufacturing, and Engineering to maintain strict equipment calibration standards.Specific tasks include the following:Build and wire complex test harnesses and fixtures based on technical specifications.Maintain ATE systems through regular MOL activities and proactive system health checks.Troubleshoot basic automated test failures to minimize downtime and ensure reliable data collection.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage equipment calibration schedules and maintain accurate documentation.Foundational knowledge of RF and analog systems.Proficiency in operating standard test equipment, including Signal Generators, Power Supplies, Power Meters, Network Analyzers, and Spectrum Analyzers.Working knowledge of Python programming for automated tasks.Proven ability to manage competing priorities across multiple concurrent projects.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeBasic RequirementsHigh School Diploma/GED and 3+ years of relevant work experience are required for this position.The ability to demonstrate printed circuit board assembly experience to include soldering of surface mount, through-hole, and wire technology.U.S. Citizenship required as well as the ability to obtain necessary security clearance as required by government contractors.Travel RequirementsNoneRelocation ProvidedNonePosition TypeExperiencedReferral Payment PlanYesOur U.S. Benefits include:Incentive Bonus PlansMedical, Dental, Vision benefits401K with Company Match10 Paid HolidaysGenerous Paid Time Off PackagesEmployee Stock Purchase PlanPaid Parental & Family Leaveand more!EEO StatementMotorola Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
