Qualifications and Experience:
- Active School Psychologist licensure in Texas is required
- Previous experience in educational environments is highly preferred
- Strong assessment, consultation, and advocacy skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
- Comfortable working with a dynamic workload across multiple locations
- Adaptable, organized, and committed to best practices in student support
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive psychological services to 2-3 school sites, utilizing a supportive workload model
- Conduct assessments and interpret results for academic, social, and emotional development
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor student interventions
- Offer expertise in eligibility, intervention planning, and behavioral strategies
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Provide consultations to staff and families, enhancing student access to resources
