Job Description
Title: RN - Med-Surg

Schedule:
- 12-hour night shifts including weekend rotation
- Must agree to on-call rotation and take 1 call shift per 2-week period

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36

Requirements:
- Current RN License to work in the state
- Current BLS issued by the American Heart Association
- Current ACLS issued by the American Heart Association
- Minimum of 2 years of Acute Care/Med-Surg/Telemetry or similar RN experience
- Flu Vaccination (mandatory)

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in acute care settings
- Utilize specialized knowledge and expertise related to critical disease states to plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Employ the nursing process to address patient needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes

Compliance / Notes:
- Flu Vaccination required from October 1st through April 1st
- RADIUS RULE: traveler's permanent address must be at least 75 miles away from the facility
